Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support admin@naturalcollective.ca initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Approval: We will review your request and provide a return instruction.

  • Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include order summery. Ship to: Natural Collective: 1965 Coal Tyee Trail, Nanaimo BC V9R 6J3

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.

  • Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange, following the same process as returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and availability.
